Breakfast

-Hemp hearts

-Agave

2. Rice cakes

3. Sliced bananas w. Almond butter

4. Frozen Fruit

5. Raison Cheerios medley

6. Smoothie

-Whatever I have that needs to be used

Ex: bananas going brown, coconut milk yogurt, a bag of ground flax meal that is almost empty

7. Toast with a heaping glass of plant based milk

8. Leftovers

9. Tofu scramble (link Pinterest)

10. Granola w. coconut milk yogurt (coconut sugar)

Lunch

Steamed carrots and broccoli with nutritional yeast

2. Rice and beans

3. Hummus sandwich

4. Tomatoes & veggies

5. Mac & cheese

6. Tofu scramble

7. Almond Butter/ banana Tortilla rolls

8. Avocado Toast

9. Guacamole & Chips

10. Zucchini with Nutritional Yeast

Dinner

1. Pasta with or without sauce

2. Rice & Veggie Medley with gravy

3. Grilled Asparagus & Steamed Carrots with Toast

4. Buddha Bowl- Quinoa, Veggies and Tofu

5. Potatoes & Veggies (corn, broccoli, carrots, zucchini)

6. Veggie pizza no cheese (Mod)

7. Falafel, Gravy & Veggies

10. Veggie Fried Rice from Trader Joes

Snacks

1. Crackers

2. Cheerios

3. Applesauce

4. Steamed baby carrots

5. Strawberries

6. Sliced Avocado

7. A bar of some kind (Thats It/ Boba)

8. Smart Pop

9. Edamame

10. Toast
